    Keeping your Dreams alive

Filed Under (Self Esteem) by admin on 01-08-2007

In today’s ever changing world, it’s hard to stay in one thing and keeping it going. Keeping your dreams alive is crucial if you want to succeed in anything.

The first thing you can do is to write it down and meditate on it daily. If you are not familiar with a dreamboard, it’s about time you build one. It is a pictorial representation of what you want. Simple paste pictures relating to what you would like to achieve on a piece of vanguard sheet or board. ( e.g. your dream house or car, holiday destinations, your dream dates, etc )  Put them down in a systematic and organise manner. Visualize on it daily ( take 10~15mins ) as though you already have them now, not tomorrow, not maybe. Be congruent. Be excited. Take action now.

If you simply have no idea how to do this, it’s ok. Begin with simple steps. You will learn as you go along. The important thing here is to tell your subconsious mind that you are serious about achieving it. Be persistent and stay on course, many people fail not because they are doing the wrong thing but because they do not stay long enought to see the results.

Finally, refuse to take part  in things that drain you, things that limit your dream, make it seem unimportant. Remove those habits that get in the way of your dream. Get rid of them, period.

Hope you like what we discuss today…stay tune.

Boosting your self Esteem - Step 3

Filed Under (Self Esteem) by admin on 26-07-2007

Share your Goals with people who matters…..

It’s important to share your goals with people who matter. Especially people whose lives will be greatly influenced by you attaining these goals.

The Law of Attraction applies to  us all of the time and helps shape our reality. In fact not just ours  but also  the reality of those closest to us.

If your spouse dreams of buying a car while you dream of moving into a city apartment, your goals are not aligned. You may cancel each other out and be greatly unhappy. The same applies to businesses. We need to share our goals with our partners less we’ll be going different directions building a different dream.

We all influence each other in profound ways. We can help one another attain a goal when we’re aligned. But we can also create barriers for one another when our goals pull us in different directions.

The universe itself is abundance and we need to apply this principle of abundance in our quest to attract what we want. It is not about our own selfish ambition or some self centered dream. It is about leveraging on the abundance of the universe to attract wealth and happiness.

If your family members and business associates are aware of the Law of Attraction. Their success will only help reinforce your own.

James Allen from the science of getting rich says, “You don’t get what you want … you get what you ARE.” You have rich resources lying dormant within you. The development of what lies there inside you will cause the manifestation of prosperity into your material world … the creation of healthy, giving relationships … and successful endeavors in whatever you choose to do.

You simply must Decide what it is you want….. Ask, believing that you will receive it…. and then Open up and gratefully receive it.

Let’s think about this in regard to earning money … Although the differences in what you’ve earned over the last 12 months and what you choose to earn over the next 12 months might be great, the change in your personality is usually very small … it’s all a matter of CHOOSING – and changing– your thought.

Your right to life means your right to have the free and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary for your physical, mental spiritual unfolding - in other words, your right to be rich. We have the RIGHT to choose, the ability to choose what we’re going to have … “Ask and it shall be given.”

    Cheers,

    Rene

Boosting your self Esteem - Step 2

Filed Under (Self Esteem) by admin on 25-07-2007

    Think Big…..

Good morning! The one thing i like about being self employed and specifically in an online business ( work from home ) is freedom of time. You start the day with a smile, enjoy your morning walk, shower, eat your nutritious breakfast and hit the computer “ON” button to start your new business day. To me that’s a perfect life!

ok…today i’ll take you to the second step of how to boost your self esteem. Think Big ( it doesn’t cost you a thing!!! ) The law of attraction says your dominant thoughts will find a way to manifest. So think big thoughts and that action to manifest it.

If you could have a car, would you ask for a bicycle?  You got to be crazy to do that.  Imagine the  Law of Attraction as a genie. Waiting to grant you your wishes . So don’t squander your potential on small things.

Now here’s why it’s important to think big. There is so much that can be improved in the world. There is much you can contribute. But you cannot do this by being mediocre. The Law of attraction works not only for you but others as well.

Seting up a small goal benefits only yourself. Alway set a bigger goal so that you can contribute to others as well. You owe it not just to yourself but to the world, so  THINK BIG.

Well, so how big is big you may ask. Joe Vitale, one of the teachers from the Secret has a wonderful quote.
“A good goal should SCARE you a little and EXCITE you A LOT!”

    Thought + Emotion = Attraction

If the goal doesn’t excite you,  you’re not going to attract it and it may not be worth thinking about it anyway.
Goals that EXCITE you are the type that let you pour your heart and soul into them. The bigger the goals - the more excited about it you can get.Now let’s look at the second part of that quote. “Scare you a little.”If you don’t feel a tiny bit nervous about the goal - odds are you’re THINKING TOO SMALL.Apply this principle to your goals. Do they excite you? Do they scare you a little? Those that do are probably the right ones.Stay tune for Step 3 tomorrow…..

Boosting your self Esteem - Step 1

Filed Under (Self Esteem) by admin on 25-07-2007

As children, we dream of being astronauts, doctors, explorers or movie-stars. But as we get older, our minds get shackled. We slowly give up our dreams to fears, worries or feeling of lack due to bad experiences.

The truth is, it’s as easy to manifest a million dollars as it is to manifest one dollar. It may take a little longer but it’s just as easy. However, due to negative feelings and fears, very few of us attempt such big dreams. Instead, we settle for the ordinary and as a result fall into the current reality trap.

Every time you dream of a new goal, you plant a little seed in the Universe. Focusing and thinking of the goal is like watering that seed. As you apply more thought to the goal,  shoots  begin to sprout and push out of the ground.

However, if  at this point that we suddenly change our minds. We actually push the shoots back into the ground and no plant take shape.

To overcome indecisiveness, we need to  think carefully about what you want. Stick to it as long as your feelings about it  stays positive.

Well…dinner is ready. Do come back tomorrow for more on building your self esteem…..
