Step 4 - Get a Mentor. I believe i have covered this topic earlier about mentorship. However, i cannot stop reiterating the fact that a good mentor is crucial for your success. A good mentor is someone who is concern about your success and Willing to share his experience without reservation.
Be open to your mentor about your aspiration and short comings so that both of you can work on these areas. Be the driver and not the driven as you are the one who will benefit most out of this success not so much your mentor. Alway keep an open mind and be willing to learn.
