The key to the law of attraction is about positive thinking. When you think about positive things , you feel good and more relax. There is a link between positive attitude and between health is well recorded. Studies shows that positive people are less likely to catch a cold as compare to people who are depress, nervous or angry.
Today we discuss 4 ways to make positive thinking a part of your daily routine.
1. Identify you response to stress
Observe how to react to stress. Do you get a headache? Do you raise your voice? Overeat? lost appetite? Bite your nails? Drink heavily? , etc.? Keep a record and monitor your reaction over time. With proper understanding of how your react under stress, you can better control your thoughts and how to react more appropriate in future.
2. Create a list of things that please you.
Make a list of people, places and things that makes you happy. Whenever you feel stress or negative, redirect your thoughts to these things that makes you happy.
3. Focus on success.
Everyday, make a list of 5 things you’ve accomplished. We get energize through our accomplishment. Also tagged your accomplishment to a symbol of your daily activity. This helps to derive a sense of accomplishment daily as you are doing it.
4. Stay positive
Once you learn how to be positive, you should create a daily ritual of positive thoughts. Make it a habit t practice these things unitl it becomes second nature to you. The following are things you might wan to consider doing. Daily inspirational reading, hugging and other expressions of love, listing down the things to be grateful for.
